Design ~ Build

Dollhouse

I designed and built a mid-mod inspired dollhouse for a local preschool. Every side of the house and the roof feature a unique element allowing for maximum play value. As many as eight children play around it at the same time without conflict and it’s been sturdy enough for kids to climb on!

Memory Box

This box was built as an urn for a family member. I wanted it to feel more like a jewelry box, as beautiful as the person whose remains it holds. It features a space above a sealed compartment for ashes to store small mementos. All work has been done by hand as a mark of respect for the life it celebrates.

Playhouse

I designed this 100 square-foot playhouse to be fully accessible for adults and children alike. The owners have it set up as a cabin that they use for back-yard camping during the summer months. In addition to the design, I worked on the framing, roof, and wall construction.
